BroadSoft and SalesForce.com
Mash-Up
BroadSoft’s exciting new mash-up with salesforce.com integrates

logging, among others. Using the BroadSoft Unified
CallConnector™, service providers can provide
salesforce end-users with BroadWorks VoIP calling
features integrated within salesforce.com. Also,
the integration automatically opens a caller’s salesforce.com contact record
when the end-user receives an incoming call.
Telecom service providers can now offer the
BroadSoft-salesforce.com integration as a value-added
service. The BroadSoft-salesforce.com solution
is now available for service providers on a free
