BtNAccess SELECTS BROADSOFT FOR
GLOBAL HOSTED VOICE DEPLOYMENT
BtNAccess To Offer BroadWorks-based IP Centrex
and Hosted PBX Services
to Retail and Wholesale Customers
GAITHERSBURG, MD and RESTON, VA -- September 23, 2003 --
BroadSoft®Inc., the leading provider of hosted communications
platforms, today announced that BtNAccess, a wholly-owned subsidiary
of Hong Kong-based PCCW Limited (ADR-NYSE: PCW), will use BroadSoft's
BroadWorks® platform to provide converged voice and data services
to enterprise customers. BroadWorks will support enterprise voice
solutions over the BtNAccess MPLS-enabled network that spans the
U.S., Europe, and Asia-Pacific region.

BtNAccess will utilize BroadWorks to offer a comprehensive range

communications package, and PBX Plus, which supports legacy PBX
internetworking for migration towards a fully hosted solution. The
BroadWorks platform is uniquely capable of providing these applications
with the reliability, redundancy, scalability, and regulatory capabilities
required to deliver carrier-class service.
BroadWorks will enable BtNAccess to increase its top-line revenues
by offering enhanced services to enterprise customers. BroadWorks
also reduces operational expenditures by empowering enterprises
to manage their own moves, adds and changes with BroadSoft's patented
CommPilot Web portal. Additionally, the open, standards-based
environment of BroadWorks provides maximum flexibility for BtNAccess
to customize its offering to businesses.
