Award Recognizes BroadSoft's Phenomenal 2,171 Percent Growth Revenue, Global Reach

GAITHERSBURG, MD, October 03, 2006 -- BroadSoft, Inc. has been named the fourth fastest growing technology company by Deloitte's prestigious Technology Fast 50 Program for Maryland. Rankings of the 50 fastest growing technology, media, telecommunications, and life sciences companies in the state by Deloitte & Touche USA LLP are based on the percentage revenue growth over five years from 2001-2005. Using other companies' technology or intellectual property in a unique way does not qualify.
