VoIP Application Software Developer Receives Specialized Nokia Marketing Support, Access to Business Development Opportunities

PHOENIX, AZ, BROADSOFT CONNECTIONS 2006, October 16, 2006 - BroadSoft, Inc., a leading provider of VoIP application software, today announced at the BroadSoft Connections 2006 Executive Users Conference that it has become a member of the Forum Nokia PRO Enterprise Zone, a support program for software developers that want to work more closely with Nokia Enterprise Solutions, the arm of Nokia helping businesses and institutions worldwide improve performance through extended mobility. As a member of the PRO Enterprise Zone, BroadSoft will receive exclusive technical, business development and marketing support enabling it to engage Nokia Enterprise Solutions and its customers with offerings that complement Nokia's enterprise products and solutions.

The PRO Enterprise Zone program promotes application and solution development for Nokia Series 80- and S60-based business range devices. To qualify for the program, developer companies must have experience in developing enterprise grade business solutions and demonstrated capabilities in the enterprise market in addition to demonstrated Nokia competencies.

By becoming an Enterprise Zone member, BroadSoft will experience a strong working relationship with the Enterprise Solutions business unit that will help the company optimize its BroadWorks® VoIP platform solutions for Nokia Eseries business devices. To ensure close integration of its software with Nokia's devices. BroadSoft has developed its BroadWorks Assistant Mobile application to run on Symbian based S60 software for the popular Nokia Eseries range of business devices.

PRO Enterprise Zone members receive regional Nokia Enterprise Solutions business development and marketing support, enhanced opportunities for product loans and exclusive previews of Nokia Enterprise Solutions roadmaps.
