The objectives of the partner interop process of the BroadSoft Technology Partner Program are two-fold. First to provide a formal framework to validate partner products with BroadWorks, and next to maintain a consistent, well-understand, high-value interop validation process

There are four types of interop validation, depending on who conducts the validation testing.

• BroadSoft Validation
• Customer Validation
• Vendor Validation
• Outsourcer Validation

There are three distinct phases for the Partner Interop Process. Each phase is sequentially followed by the next phase, as a vendor's product proceeds along the process.

• Assessment Phase
• Validation Phase
• Maintenance Phase
