Application Server Complex

• Application Server - The Application Server executes and manages enhanced personal and group features.
• Network Server- The Network Server provides translations and routing, private dial plans, and emergency service routing.
• Conferencing Server - The BroadWorks Conferencing Server provides n-way scheduled, recurring, and meet-me conferencing with web presentation.
• Web Server- The Web Server provides secure portal access, provisioning, and call control proxy.
• Call Detail Server- The Call Detail Server stores call detail data for enhanced call log services, and third party applications.

Media Resource Function (MRF)
The BroadWorks MRF delivers voice and video services for VoIP and IP MultiMedia Subsystem (IMS) networks. The MRF functions together with and IMS/ SIP application server and enables enhanced services. The MRF provides media mixing and transcoding that enables a host of media services, including Unified Messaging, IVR, Auto Attendant, service announcements, and Lawful Intercept.

Element Management System
The Element Management System provides a single point of acess and interconnection for system management and troubleshooting.
