BroadSoft's QuickStart is an innovative program that delivers BroadWorks marketing and service launch support for customers. The program is built around a validated go-to-market framework for rolling out disruptive technologies and services. The framework specifies the activities and deliverables for a comprehensive product and service launch. In addition, BroadSoft provides resources that support the completion of key activities and deliverables. The QuickStart program and resource sets are available to all BroadSoft customers.



QuickStart Reference Model

The QuickStart "Go-to-Market" framework has been validated by 3rd party analysts and consultants and provides a recommended activity set for the marketing, sales, and customer training teams. The framework, while specific to BroadWorks and VoIP, provides flexibility to support a variety of VoIP service launches and the spectrum of BroadWorks applications - from Hosted PBX to Business Trunking to Mobile PBX.


QuickStart Resources

In some cases, BroadWorks resources serve as starter materials for completion of key deliverables. In the case of business modeling and financial analysis, several BroadSoft tools can be helpful in developing internal and externally facing tools.
