Service Providers

BroadSoft makes it easy for service providers to start driving new revenue streams by offering innovative applications developed by BroadSoft's Xtended Developer Community - applications that leverage the powerful capabilities of the BroadWorks^® platform.

Service providers can pick and choose applications that fit the needs of their customer base and sell them a la carte or bundle them with other service offerings. These applications leverage service providers' existing investments in BroadWorks and Xsp servers. Additional capital expenditures are therefore not required.

It's quick and easy to sign up to BroadSoft Marketplace. Sign up online and a Marketplace specialist will contact you and provide the credentials required to purchase, assign and activate applications for your customers. Any BroadSoft powered service provider can sign up to Marketplace.

Developers

BroadSoft Marketplace allows our Xtended Developers to connect with any of BroadSoft's 500+ service providers who are BroadSoft Marketplace participants. Our standard submission process allows developers to onboard their applications once, and then applications are made available to all Marketplace service providers to sell.

End-Users

It's simple for end-users to purchase the innovative applications available on Marketplace, whether they are shopping for their own individual use, a department or organization. End-users only need to contact their BroadSoft-powered service provider and place an order for the application.
