product. BroadSoft offers the industry's greatest depth of telecom
and VoIP experience. Our staff brings experience as senior executives,
network operators, management consultants, and wireline and wireless
switch architects. Taking advantage of BroadSoft's professional
services multiplies carrier efforts to deploy, launch, and support
BroadWorks-based service.
Technical Assistance Center
The BroadSoft technical support team is committed to customer success.
The technical support program is delivered from the Technical Assistance
Center (TAC). The TAC offers customers access to skilled technical
resources for BroadWorks implementation and operations on a 24 x
7 basis.
Training
BroadSoft provides a complete suite of training courses, both formal
and hands-on, covering aspects from Operations, Maintenance, and
Provisioning. Classes are conducted in dedicated lab facilities
through a staff of full-time trainers. In addition, BroadSoft offers
complete training documentation, describing the setup and administration
of BroadWorks.
Project Management
BroadSoft project management provides an extensive reserve of implementation
expertise that reflects hundreds of deployments across BroadSoft's
global customer base. Standard services oversee the successful installation
and launch of BroadWorks services. Customers also have the option
for Total Project Management services for deployments of access
and networking hardware, operations software, and computing platforms.
QuickStart
The BroadSoft QuickStart program provides customers a best-practice
framework and resources for providers to dramatically accelerate
the launch of BroadWorks-based VoIP service. The QuickStart framework
has been designed and validated by third party, industry-leading
consultants. Within that framework, providers can take advantage
of launch resources such as templates, tools, and planning guides.
