TL 9000 is the quality standard developed by The Quality Excellence for Suppliers of Telecommunications (QuEST) Forum, a consortium of telecommunications service providers and suppliers, which uses ISO 9001:2008 as a foundation and incorporates elements specific to the telecommunications industry.
