Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) market has been on the upswing for the past few years. The growth has been fueled by the propensity of businesses moving to cloud. According to a recent Gartner report, cloud-based telephony licenses will increase by 17.9% in 2017, while premises-based license shipments will decline by 5.2%. Order Management services bring the end-to-end tools and support channel partners need to execute solution delivery for their customers. Business Intelligence support equips our channel partners with the tools for proactive monitoring and service assurance, technical support and analytics insights into system and end user usage data needed to assure optimal customer satisfaction.

In summary, the BroadCloud Channel Support System is a set of cloud services designed to simplify the end-to-end process of marketing and selling, onboarding and adopting the BroadSoft Business application suite.
