(NASDAQ: BSFT) today announced the pricing of a common stock offering of 5,300,000 shares consisting of 500,000 shares to be sold by the company and 4,800,000 shares to be sold by certain selling stockholders at a public offering price of $22.00 per share. BroadSoft will not receive any proceeds from the shares of common stock offered by the selling stockholders. In addition, certain selling stockholders have granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase an aggregate of up to an additional 795,000 shares.
