PHOENIX, AZ, BROADSOFT CONNECTIONS 2006, October 16, 2006
- BroadSoft, Inc., a leading provider of VoIP application software,
today announced at the BroadSoft Connections 2006 Executive Users Conference the introduction
Client Management System (CMS), a client services delivery platform
and provisioning tool that helps resolve the integration problems
posed by today's proprietary and vendor-specific solutions by providing
multi-vendor support and scalability for millions of end points.
BroadWorks CMS spans traditional domains and delivers plug-and-play
activation, including client configuration management, firmware
upgrades and monitoring, to enable service providers to more efficiently

manage services, dramatically lower "truck rolls," and
scale faster and more efficiently to offer new services quickly
and drive business growth - all with a more satisfied end-user.
Administrators utilize BroadWorks CMS to provision, access and
manage variable features built into the terminals, such as line
key assignments, programmable softkeys, and more, via an intuitive
and user-friendly interface. BroadWorks CMS supports leading manufacturers
and models of terminals and handsets as "plug-in" modules,
