INDIANAPOLIS, IN – October 6, 2008 - CTI Group, a global leader in the development of wireless and VoIP applications, announced today the successful partnership of CTI Group and the BroadSoft® M6 Communication Applications Server product line. This partnership allows for the development of an all-in-one contact center solution, to include feature enhancements such as call recording and ACD reporting. This partnership enables M6 customers to quickly develop features that enable them to appeal to a broader base of vertical customers.

Reaching full interoperability and certification with the BroadSoft M6 application earlier this year, CTI Group's applications are taking the VoIP market by storm, showing success in vertical-based applications. CTI Group's products, SmartRecord IP for call recording and emPulse for ACD reporting, is web-based VoIP software that assist companies in managing their workforce by providing web-based telecommunications monitoring tools.

Benefits of this partnership to the Service Provider:

  • Minimal capital and operational expenditures: Solutions are offered on a success- base pricing model and enable service providers to buy what they can sell, while minimizing any upfront investment.
  • Lowering barriers in businesses migrating to VoIP: By offering service packages to appeal to a broad base of vertical sectors, in small and large businesses alike, companies are able to receive enhanced features traditionally not offered with VoIP.
  • Technology enabled scalability: CTI Group solutions offer flexibility to enable central manage options for distributed workforce and multi-location facilities.

"In order to expand our service offering and provide a customized solution to our customers, we reached out to our M6 platform representative for enhanced call center tools. We needed a more robust ACD solution and they suggested CTI Group. CTI Group's ACD reporting solution has everything we need. It was seamlessly integrated and came complete with easy administration tools, tagging, cataloging, commenting and archival. The ACD reporting tool gave our customers what they required to monitor and manage their workforce, with absolutely no geographical limitations. The solution was exactly what we needed. CTI Group even helped demo and sell the products to our customers." said Juan Carlos Canto, CFO, Nexogy, a subsidiary of LD Telecom, Inc.

"After discovering that CTI Group had successfully developed call recording and ACD reporting applications, we recognized the opportunity to jointly develop and create the all-in-one contact center solution that our customers are seeking. We are pleased with the result of our partnership as our contact center solution supports multiple protocols and attracts growing businesses with a "pay as you grow" philosophy and limited upfront investment. Our relationship with CTI Group has led to the quick deployment of several customers." said Sara Hughes, Sr. Director Product Marketing, BroadSoft, Inc.
