OneAccess and BroadSoft partnership enables service providers with legacy equipment to deliver leading VoIP solutions to enterprise customers
Paris, Oct. 8, 2007 - OneAccess Networks, the European leader of enterprise access routers and professional multiplay IP devices, today announced it will demonstrate its ISDN migration solutions at the invitation-only BroadSoft Connections 2007 Executive Users Conference, October 14 - 17, at the Arizona Biltmore Resort in Phoenix, Arizona, USA. The annual event, which brings together the telecom industry's elite, is the leading forum for the hands-on demonstration of new VoIP technology and solutions, and the sharing of best practices.
At BroadSoft Connections, OneAccess will demonstrate the interoperability between OneAccess Integrated Access Devices (IADs) and BroadSoft's BroadWorks® VoIP platform. OneAccess and BroadSoft are aiming to build on their success with European telecom providers, especially in Germany, of delivering new services to SMEs and large enterprises by facilitating migration from aging TDM switches to SIP and IMS-based architectures. OneAccess provides the IADs used for interworking with legacy equipment, such as ISDN phones and TDM PBXs, which in turn allows carriers to take advantage of BroadSoft's Business Trunking feature set.
Bertrand Meis, CEO of OneAccess Networks, said: "OneAccess is the leading provider of enterprise routers in the European market. Participating in Connections is an opportunity for OneAccess to showcase our capabilities to operators worldwide. In partnership with BroadSoft, we have a compelling proposition, and a proven track record of successful deployment of VoIP services through integrated access in Europe, particularly in the highly competitive German market."
Scott Wharton, vice president of Marketing for BroadSoft, said: "Service providers can still deliver the benefits of VoIP to businesses that are not yet ready for a fully hosted solution, because OneAccess IADs allow BroadWorks applications to work with existing premises equipment. OneAccess' vision and leadership in the European marketplace make it a valuable partner for BroadSoft, especially as we continue to expand into central and southern Europe."
OneAccess develops and manufactures multiservice access routers and network access equipment. The OneAccess product range is designed to deliver top-quality data and voice services, ensuring high security levels, reliability and facilitated integration.
