WTG today announced that it will now offer all BroadSoft Business products into its cloud platform Comulus.
WTG is one of the first providers in the German market to serve its customers on the BroadSoft Business BroadCloud application platform. The new 'WTG Cloud' offer enables their customers a consistent business communication across all departments - from front office to customer service.
Comulus is a WTG solution based on the BroadCloud application platform. The Comulus cloud platform offers the entire BroadSoft Business portfolio, which includes application solutions for cloud PBX, unified communication, team collaboration and contact center. WTG intends to use this offering to further expand its position as one of the largest voice and unified communication (UC) providers in Germany.
The BroadSoft Business portfolio and Comulus cloud platform enables WTG customers to eliminate the complexity and expense typical of running premise-based systems for large organizations across multiple sites and with large mobile user bases.
