PHOENIX, AZ – October 23, 2017 – BroadSoft, Inc. (NASDAQ: BSFT) a global market share leader in cloud business software for unified communication as a service (UCaaS), and provider of collaboration and contact center as a service (CCaaS), announces a milestone integration of UC and team collaboration within BroadSoft Team-One, its workplace collaboration application. The enhanced application has already been launched by Verizon and is in trials with 135 service provider customers, with the aim to offer a solid team collaboration experience with market-leading UC capabilities and smart guest access. The enhanced BroadSoft Team-One application is available worldwide via BroadCloud® international data centers.

Team-One: Delivers Exceptional Meetings Capabilities

Team-One users and guests are now able to enjoy full HD video and audio conferencing and screen sharing from any device all within the Team-One app, courtesy of a deep integration with BroadSoft Meet. Better yet, anyone in the workspace can start a meeting at any time by simply clicking a button, meaning that participants don’t have to wait for a meeting owner to join before everyone else can begin collaborating. Combining real-time collaboration with Team-One workspaces enables today's teams to be more efficient and effective regardless of where they are, when they are working, or what devices they use.

Team-One: Smart Guest Access

The smart guest access feature in Team-One demonstrates the BroadSoft commitment to open collaboration, fostering the secure cross-company collaboration that businesses must have today. Any workspace member can invite an external guest into the workspace by simply entering their email. This means that customers and vendors can easily join group chats, live meetings, share files and track tasks, all together in the same collaboration app. Customer IT managers can rest easy knowing guest access is restricted to just those workspaces and people their permissions allow. Anything shared in the workspace that links to third party storage solutions, such as Dropbox, Google Drive, etc. retain all of the security parameters of the storage solution.

Team-One: Deploys AI-Driven Content-in-common Across Workspaces

A deeper integration with BroadSoft Hub now takes Team-One users beyond leveraging one-to-one content-in-common. Team-One workspaces now deliver content-in-common across all of the members of the workspace. This gives a working team an instant snapshot of any and all content shared among the workspace members related to their project. This powerful, secure filter and AI search capability saves team members precious time looking for applicable content, minimizing distracting interruptions and keeps the team’s workflow moving forward.

Team-One: Global Expansion and New Language Support

BroadSoft expanded the international footprint of the entire BroadSoft Business portfolio and Team-One is now available in over 30 countries. Businesses outside of the U.S. are now served out of new EU compliant BroadCloud data centers in Germany. Multinational enterprise customers can have access to secure, multi-language collaboration capabilities between global offices via a single, borderless platform, encrypting data in motion and at rest. All Team-One applications - web, desktop and mobile, as well as the related digital portals and microsites- are available in German, French and Spanish, with four more languages to be released soon.
