(NASDAQ: BSFT) a global market leader in cloud business software for unified communication, collaboration and contact center as a service (UCaaS), announced that the North American Employee Engagement Awards, in association with CultureNext by Maritz Motivation Solutions, recognized BroadSoft with the Internal Communications Award and Nicole Dvoskin as the Employee Engagement Professional of the Year.

A geographically dispersed engagement committee, comprised of representatives from dozens of BroadSoft offices and remote teams, used the BroadSoft Team-One app to brainstorm, plan, and share content with employees worldwide. Team-One was recognized on the 2016 Constellation ShortList™ Enterprise Group Messaging: Unified Communication.
The Internal Communication Award recognizes the global effort at BroadSoft to build a program focused on cultivating a dialogue between management and staff. The Company’s “Inside BroadSoft” internal communications program expertly leverages marketing principles, gamification, and employee feedback across a mix of internal vehicles and a regular cadence of content. Team-One workspaces dedicated to senior leadership, mid-level managers and employees worldwide support a diversified content strategy as well as ‘manager as messenger’ tools and resources.
The Employee Engagement Professional of the Year Award recognized Nicole Dvoskin, BroadSoft Manager of Engagement Programs. A member of the BroadSoft team since 2010, Ms. Dvoskin spearheads BroadSoft engagement programs and leads the global engagement committee.
